I began my employment journey during my college years to support myself financially while completing my studies. I graduated in April 2020, and after working as a cashier at a petrol station, I moved on to work as a call center agent for over a year. I most recently worked as a customer service representative for an online optical store and in this role, I successfully managed incoming calls and emails, meticulously maintained data records in Excel, and generated reports using the CRM system.
Through these work experiences, I have honed my active listening skills, refined my ability to communicate clearly, developed a keen eye for detail, nurtured patience, and built resilience. I am truly excited in collaborating with motivated individuals as it will not only enhance my professional growth but also foster a stimulating and innovative work environment.
