· Conduct internal & external Customer Satisfaction Survey
· Prepares the tabulation of results and validates complaint received during the Customer Satisfaction Survey
· Attends and resolves client’s concerns received via email, chat and other contact points.
· Manage the handling of letters received from all Government agencies in a systematic and organized manner.
· Coordinate and manned booth off-site activities.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
