• Upload and Process the 835 files in STAR (system)
• Review and Research the Unmatched Payment Worklist
• Post the payment to the correct Patient Account with correct Insurance Carrier
• Post Miscellaneous GL for HealthLink, Interest and Suspense
• Call Payor/Insurance for the EOB and other quiries.
• Resolving the Misc Unidentified Accounts
• Resolving the Payment Variances on time
• Upload the HealthLink Payment Support in ViWeb.
• Resolving the assigned CID within 7 days SLA
• Post payments in SLA 3 days.
• Post the Zero Payment and Forwarding Balance
• Back up in Daily Cash Recon and Payment Posting when the member/s of the teamis/are on vacation
• Work other adhoc like Train/Knowledge Transfer for New Hire
• Draft invoice in Med Legal Ease Quickbase
• Review the history of customer’s invoice.
• Checking and reviewing the Signed Agreement for the Service Package.
• Communicate with the internal stakeholders for the quiries of missing, incomplete & etc. customerinformation.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable Team if the retainers received.
• Applying the payment for the retainer to the invoice in Netsuite.
• Process Credit Memo if have corrections in the dispatched Invoices.
• Plotting the billable hours in MLE Quickbase.
• Draft invoice in Netsuite
• Dispatched invoice in Netsuite
• Answering emails within 24 hrs.
• Monthly Reconciliation
