• Optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings. Create engaging product descriptions and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, preventing stockouts and delays. Maintain accurate product availability and delivery timeframes on product listings.
• Develop and deliver compelling email content, including newsletters, performance reports, promotional materials, and updates for affiliate partners. Ensure that email content is professional, informative, and aligns with the company's brand voice.
• Monitor and manage live chat conversations on Olark, providing immediate assistance, answering inquiries, and guiding website visitors effectively. Proactively engage with visitors to enhance their experience and provide relevant information.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
