My name is Maricris T. Panganduyon, and I'm 26 years old. I graduated from the BS Psychology program in 2018 and passed the licensure examination as a Psychometrician that same year. I worked with the local government of Butuan City as an Administrative Officer for 5 years, specifically in the Training and Development Division. Additionally, I have previous experience as a chat agent handling an e-commerce account in Cebu City.
I'm eager to expand my experience in administrative roles and utilize my skills effectively in this platform, which would also allow me to earn extra income during my free time. I am adaptable and committed to providing clear communication, high-quality work, and meeting deadlines. My career goal is to contribute my skills to benefit my employer while continuously learning and growing.

My duties include organizing, conducting, and facilitating trainings as well as formulating modules, functioning as a document controller, and assisting in other HR functions such as Recruitment, Placement, and Selection. Further, I also became a resource speaker on Managing Mental Well-being After Retirement, Basic Customer Relations, Nurturing Effective Work Teams (NEWT), and others.
I had the opportunity to become an English Trainer for Japanese Professionals, which allowed me to leverage my language skills and teaching experience to facilitate effective communication and language learning in a professional setting. This role not only honed my teaching abilities but also provided valuable insights into cross-cultural communication and understanding.
As an e-commerce chat representative, I excelled in addressing a multitude of customer needs with finesse and efficiency. From promptly answering inquiries regarding order deliveries to offering comprehensive order assistance, including modifying or canceling orders in alignment with platform policies, I ensured seamless transactions and customer satisfaction. Moreover, I was well-versed in providing detailed information on shipping options, delivery schedules, tracking numbers, and adeptly handling concerns regarding delayed or missing shipments. Additionally, I guided customers through the nuanced process of initiating returns, exchanges, or refunds, ensuring a hassle-free experience. When challenges arose, I tackled them head-on, swiftly addressing customer complaints with empathy and diligence, striving for swift resolutions to bolster loyalty and satisfaction.
