• Answer email, chats, and call from short-term housing rentals marketplace such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, TripAdvisor and Expedia.
• Responding to lead messages in a timely manner using Zendesk.
• Managing reservations and providing information about the listing, rates, and amenities to guests.
• Accept payments and process the refunds in Credit Card Processor.
• Manually send Rental Agreement to direct phone booking, direct website booking and HTG bookings.

• Check if all new bookings in each booking platforms landed in CiiRUS Vacation Rental Software. Also, make sure that payment was collected for bookings that Love Rental is the merchant of payment. If no payment, collect payment by calling and sending email to the guest.
• Assigned in chasing damages claims, penalties/citations and extra services payment from the guest who already checked out.
• Assigned in accepting, rejecting, and deallocating booking from TO/TA in the Rental Exchange for Allocation on Arrival (AOA) booking requests.
• Assigned in chasing the arrival details from the Property Management for Allocation on Arrival (AOA) bookings to update the check-in instruction in CiiRUS Vacation Rental Software.
• Assigned in monitoring the listing and CiiRUS software conflicting information and send it to Partner Relations for review and updates.
• Use email management software such as Zendesk, CiiRUS Vacation Rental CRM, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Coordinate with other team members in the Philippines, the USA, and the UK using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
