Is customer service one of the toughest jobs? Living in a society with diverse culture and being surrounded by unique individuals with distinct beliefs and mentalities, it has always been challenging to interact with people effectively over phone calls or messages and above that, to satisfy their queries, concern, or problem. Yeah, it is not easy however maintaining a positive attitude will always change the way we behave and rise above it all.
I have been in the BPO industry since 2015 I am well versed in any skill, namely email, chat, voice, and technical. I provide exceptional customer service to all customers. I can communicate well in English.
I have finished a degree program as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management, I also have an understanding of managing people and marketing.
I am a woman with a grateful heart, a career woman, a multitasker, and a jack of all trades. I like traveling, meeting, and collaborating with people.
