Teaches/guides Chinese language learners to improve their English language skills both in oral and in written communications.
- Receives/retrieves scheduling requests and communicates the schedule with the customer, verifies site readiness, tracks equipment and prepares any necessary reports. The PS also makes pre-calls to NCR CE (Customer Engineer) resources around the globe (North/South America, Asia Pacific, Europe/Eurasia, etc.) confirming their readiness for the activity.
-Timely responses to Emails/ Requests and phone calls (Outbound and Inbound) from internal and external customers, implementation coordinators and project managers, NCR field (TMs, FODs, SGMs) and timely, accurate, and comprehensive use of QuickBase and Oracle ES tools.
Establishes insurance policies by obtaining client information, determining eligibility; providing healthcare coverage information, maintaining database, processing premium payments by answering telephone calls from clients who are in the USA.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
