I am an Accounting Graduate and have attended some training and internship to upskill my knowledge to resolve bookkeeping-related issues. I am a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor.
I am also working as a Customer Success Specialist and a part-time Logistics Officer for more than 2-years.
Some of my main tasks are answering queries/concerns using SalesForce, doing proactive calls, and having done some training.
I was one of the Top 3 Customer Success Specialists in the MEA Region.
Most of my previous work was as a Purchasing Officer and Dental Insurance Biller. In addition, I have worked as an administrative assistant in the past.
While having regular work, I did not stop learning new things. I attended some online courses about e-Commerce Course (Lazada), Fb Ads Formula Course, the General Virtual Assistant Online Course, Amazon VA In-Depth Course, and the Online Bookkeeping Course and Internship.
I would say that I am self-driven, resilient, and very dedicated to my work.

• I manage the store from setting up, chat support, check the inventory and shipping.
• Crystal Dental Center is a Specialized Dental Center, providing a full range of dental treatments within a uniquely relaxing environment that looks more like a lounge than an ordinary clinic to ease the usual anxiety one would feel while visiting dentists.
• Some of my main tasks but not limited to:
1. I manage the Processing of the Insurance claims of the patients.
2. Preparing and submitting the report of the insurance claims to the Insurance Companies.
3. Allocating the payment received from the Insurance Companies. Communicate with the Insurance companies for rejected claims and resubmission.
4. Do the invoicing/cashiering and give an appointment to the patients.
5. Do the bank reconciliation.
6. I manage to deal with the Suppliers, create the Purchase Order and do the Inventory.
• I was helping the CEO with the hiring process and some ad-hoc tasks

• Initially, I was the storekeeper, then after a few months. I got promoted to Purchasing Officer. I manage to supervise the new storekeeper while doing my responsibilities as a Purchase Officer. Some of the tasks but not limited to:
1. Research potential vendors
2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
3. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
5. Review quality of purchased products
6. Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
7. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
8. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
9. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed (with Sales Team confirmation)
10. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
11. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
12. Do the quotations, invoices, and sales returns for the customers

• The clinical has been bounded in 2011 by an experienced prosthodontist and cosmetic dentist, Dr. Anwar Al Banna. A graduate of the advanced education in prosthodontics program at Boston University. With over 20
years of dental experience, Dr. Anwar is focused on preserving your natural teeth and protecting your long-term dental health.
• I was in control over inventory, purchasing medical items, and dealing with suppliers.
• I ensure that insurance companies and healthcare facilities keep accurate records. I worked closely with patients, or company personnel to create invoices and check calculations on billing statements. So, there are no errors in payment procedures.Here are my responsibilities:
1. Send invoices and account updates to clients.
2. Keep an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances.
3. Receive, sort, and track incoming payments.
4. Validate debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments.
5. Issue receipts for received payments.

• My duties typically involve managing medical records, accounts receivable, and reimbursement, as well as billing patients and insurance, scheduling patients, and performing procedural and diagnostic coding.

• Initially, I was a cashier for 2years and was then promoted to Head Cashier.My role was to oversee the cashier staff and the overall functions of a retail store. My main duties include addressing employee and customer complaints or requests, ensuring all registers have the correct amount of cash at all times, and resolving price checks for customers.
