I managed the social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) of Millennial Moms Ph.
My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring, contributing, and leading the community's social media presence.
On a regular basis, I interact with members/followers, respond to feedback, and upload content from various brand sponsors.
Every month, with the help of our brand sponsors, I initiate contests and giveaways for both new and active followers in order to increase engagement and followers.
• Was assigned to and managed several Business Centers within Metro Manila.
• Managed the overall operations of small (foot traffic of 20-50 individuals) to big (foot traffic of 100-300 individuals) Business Center by establishing an implementing management programs that shall monitor and control all reports, sales activities and after sales servicing of the Business Center to achieve planned performance targets.
• Performed variety of management functions including inventory and cashiering management, and overall store cleanliness and maintenance.
• Provided daily management and leadership to a team of 6 - 24 sales, customer management and operation personnel by coaching them in all areas of the business center operations to achieved planned targets.
• Promoted Sun Cellular products and services to existing and target clients by highlighting its benefits and competitive advantage.
• Ensured total client satisfaction by personally managing customers requiring special handling
