I worked in Banking industry for 6 years. My former role as a Consumer Protection Associate who conceptualize, writes and create visual content for internal and external client advisory about financial awareness and education. Apart from working full-time, I was a Social Media Manager and a Business woman at the same time. I have experience in managing social media pages and e-commerce platform.
Working in Banking industry develops my analytical skills, communication skills, confidence and attention to details. I have a good integrity and excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills acquired while working in any environment.
But after my work I'm probably at the gym or watching sunset at my place. Leading an active lifestyle is a personal goal that I am trying to make a habit.

• Assists in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of new programs, procedures and policies of the Bank related to Financial Consumer Protection (FCP) and Environmental & Social Governance (ESG) and Sustainability.
• Assist in the initiation and development of new programs, concepts and enhancement to the existing procedures of the Bank and competitive scan and readings of related regulations and reference materials
• Research timely topics for Bank’s internal and external client advisory.
• Create content for client advisory about consumer protection and financial education and prepare infographics
• Assist in the preparation of the Proposal for new regulations or revisions on the procedures in coordination with the respective business unit.
• Assist in securing proper review and approval of the Manual and other documents required for FCP, ESG and Sustainability.
• Coordinate and participate in monitoring of the implementation and execution of new procedures and policies, including roll-out to required business and operational units.
•Coordinate with Corporate Communications in determining marketing announcements/communications required for disseminating information related to FCP, ESG, and Sustainability.
Constructive Working Relationship with Regulatory Agencies
• Maintains compliance library containing relevant rules and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
• Promotion of culture in line with sound corporate governance practices by advancing compliance consciousness among officers and staff.
• Monitoring of timely submission of Regulatory Reports
Compliance Program/Plan
• Provide assistance in preparation and updating of Compliance Program and Desk Manuals
• Review, identification and dissemination of applicable laws, rules and regulations and policies
• Assist in preparation of Compliance Self-Assessment Checklist for Branches and Head Office Unit
Compliance Testing and Reporting
• Conducts independent compliance testing through Branches and Head Office Units
• Monitors results of Head Office Unit’s / Branches Compliance testing activities and reviews Exception Reports;
• Assist in the preparation of the summary reports for Corporate Governance Committee
• Monitor/Attends to all incoming and outgoing documents/reports/files coming from or for submission to Regulatory Bodies and other units within the Bank;
• Prepares a summary of attendance report for the Division for submission to Human Resource Management & Development Division on a bi-monthly basis;
• Acts as custodian of documents received by Compliance Division from different Units of the Bank and Regulatory Agencies;
• Ensures systematic/orderly filing of Compliance Division’s documents;
• Handles the requisitioning, inventory and custodianship of Compliance Division's Office Supplies and Equipments;
• Provides assistance in the preparation of materials for the Board and Corporate Governance Committee meetings
