• Maintaining the candidate database and managing any pertinent paperwork.
• Screen candidates by background checks and verifies qualifications and experiences.
• Review applicant's previous sales performance during the recruitment process.
• Ensures all hiring and selection procedures are followed in compliance with the on-boarding policy.
• Manage successful candidates with the onboarding process.
• Records daily reservation sales of agents.
• Assist agents with the paperwork required for deployment.
• Handles agent’s brand concerns or inquiry.
• Consolidates monthly and yearly report on recruitment and other admin documents.
• Monitors Digital Marketing Associate recruitment.
• Standardize hiring process (rates, exams, interviews).
• Organize and facilitates meetings for Digital Marketing – brainstorming and knowledge sharing.
• Summarizes DMA reservation sales updates and reports data.
• Facilitates Joint Accreditation for Golden MV Holdings.
• Coordinates with internship recruitment weekly.
• Assists Digital Marketing Group for contacts or anything they think I can be of help.
• Receiving customers upon entering reception are in a professional manner and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Encodes and updates the E-Queuing System for proper monitoring and orderly assignment of customers.
• Assigns an available Service Advisor to a particular customer to minimize waiting time before he/she is attended to.
• Secures the appointment slip with attached status tag and RO Chase Form on the “Today’s Appointment” on the Job Progress Control Board and hands over to the designated Service Advisor (for appointment customers).
• Informs the Reception Head or team leader whenever there are VIP customers such as corporate accounts, warranty claims, back job, etc. for them to be given priority in servicing.
• Answered inquiries and addressed, resolved, or escalated issues to management personnel to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
