Worked closely with a politician to provide administrative and personal assistant. My main responsibilities include:
* Communicate to the community linkages on the development of activities and program.
* Schedule the Client’s appointments, meetings, and other engagements in Google calendar.
* Scrutinize documents and tasks and categorize each depending on urgency using Trello.
* Write communication letters to the partner agencies
* Plan and execute the activity design the client’s required.
* Manage the client’s social media account specifically Facebook using Facebook Business Suite.
* Lead the Social Media Team and manages coordination using Slack
Directly communicated with the College President to provide administrative support for the development of the key offices essential to the College's advancements. My responsibilities include:
* Write Special Orders for the designation of tasks and functions of the College’s workforce as required by the President.
* Write Memorandum Orders to inform and recommend specific action to the employees as required by the President.
* Manage the College’s social media account.
* Lead the College’s Information Team.
* Write the “State of the College Address” script for the College President.
* Research data for the planning and implementation of programs and activities.
Worked under the Resolutions and Ordinances Division, a sub-unit under the Office of the Provincial Legislative Office. My responsibilities include:
* Draft Resolutions and Ordinances passed by the Committee.
* Proofread Committee Reports to ensure accuracy of data.
* Research legal measures that will support the proposition.
* Facilitate the monitoring of the number of Resolutions and Ordinances passed.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Provide the clients quality and profitable leads in timely manner.
Provide the client with exemplary support and assistance.
