A Customer Experience MIS Analyst is responsible for analyzing structured and unstructured data to
understand customer experience across various touchpoints and deliver insights that enable strategic decision
making and inform future business priorities.
A Customer Experience MIS Analyst likewise takes a practical responsibility in providing objective and
unbiased recommendations that will ultimately lead to improvement in the current process and customer
experience in addition.
A Customer Experience MIS Analyst is expected to embody and model the basic customer service standards
expectations, and this is expected to positively influence peers and fellow EWBankers into adherence to the
standards set by the Bank.
Opening of Main Vault
Performs customer and account creation for new and existing customers
o NFIS Checking Account, AMLA Based60
o Reviews and evaluates results prior to account opening
o Ensures proper filling of account documents, scanning and uploading in OMNIDOCS
Handling of Time Deposits
Cross-selling, up selling
Handling of customers queries face to face and over the phone
Creation of ATM and activating it
Performs all tellering/ bills payment
Preparation of the following
o MC/GC
o Demand Draft
o Telegraphic Transfer
o Bank Certification Applications
PIN Regen
Orders of pre-encoded checkbooks
Orders of re-ordered checkbooks
Store Loans
o Prepares and process DBP Loan Documentation process
o Prepares and process Back to Back loan documentation process
Prepares and process of Managers Check documentation process
The Efficiency Management Officer is also involved in the formulation and implementation of
process changes of other units of the bank to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
The Efficiency Management Officer participates in the planning and process improvement
initiatives of other bank groups through strategic system automation. The Efficiency
Management Officer caters requests from other bank groups in developing a tool that will aid
them in generating large scale data and reports in which will have a direct positive impact in the
processing turn-around-time of the requesting group.
The Efficiency Management Officer also contributes and gives insight on process improvements
of other departments thru system automation using Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft SQL
Server. The officer also aids in generating analytical reports for other business units to aid them
make sound business decisions.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
