I’m 28 years old, I’m a freelancer. My greatest strength is that I'm highly trainable and I’m goal driven, I always make sure that I meet the expected quota and matrix. I’m able to work with minimal supervision and still able to produce quality output. Despite the fact that I have largely dealt with home health set-up (Medical VA), I'm well-versed in Amazon campaign ads, or PPC despite having yet to launch a real campaign there. In line with my objectives with Medical VA, my objectives on Amazon would be to precisely target our intended client/target market, optimise our ads for the maximum return on investment, and eventually accomplish your business goals.

1. Review hospital/clinic documents
2. Verify if the patient wants to proceed with home health services.
3. Request initial authorization from the patient's insurance.
4. Plot necessary disciplines in the patient's chart as per RN's assessment and recommendation.
5. Create MDO, follow up, and have the PCP sign it.
5. Request additional authorization for supplies, and additional visits (as applicable) for different disciplines (RN, LVN, PT, OT, ST, HHA, and MSW).
6. Follow-up authorization status ( insurance), and follow-up supplies (Pharmacy).
7. Upload monthly eligibility of the patient's current insurance.
8. Coordinate everything with the patient, case manager, and PCP regarding the status of authorization, supplies, and MDO.
