You may call me Gina, Ginz or G. I am married for 15 years and a mom of two (2) boys, 14 years old and 4 years old. Being a mom of boys is not a walk in the park. It taught me to be understanding and compassionate of the things that surrounds me. I am previously working in the Hospitality Industry for fifteen (15) years. During my free time, I love to watch movies, listening to music, whilst doing the household chores, of course, lol. I am also fascinated with plants, well, it all started when the Covid-19 Pandemic hit. This is my way of coping up with stress.

Responsible for addressing the secretarial, administrative and logistical requirements of the Executive Office by ensuring efficient and smooth flow of incoming and outgoing documents, information, messages and call of the department within the limits of defined standard and procedures of the Hotel.

- Programs Processing Support/Records Management
- Administration and Logistics Support/Guest Assistance
- Security, Sanitation and Safety Support
- Handles Confidentiality and Safety of business and guest information and highly critical documents
Responsible for performing administrative, logistical and records maintenance functions relative to monitoring, billing and collection of receivable accounts within the limits of generally acceptable collection practices as well as established guidelines, standards and procedures of the Hotel.

Responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
- Prepares the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks.
- Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items etc.
- Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
