I have three years of experience as a customer service representative and two years of experience as a virtual assistant and social media manager.
As a virtual assistant, I know how to manage my time and prioritize my tasks. I am also a very organized person, either personally or professionally. I believe that if everything is organized, you can work efficiently and faster.
At my previous company, my job included research, data entry, reporting, organizing spreadsheets and documents, working with the team, and handling emails and messages. I know how to use project management software such as Trello, Asana, and ClickUp. For social media scheduling software, I know Heyorca, Creator Studio, and Meta Business Suite. I am comfortable using Google Workspace and MS Word and Excel as well.
If you need a customer service representative, I can also help you with that. Before entering the virtual assistant industry, I worked for a BPO company as well. I know how to handle calls. I am passionate about helping others, so I would make a good customer support representative.
