• Prepare correspondence, documents, presentations

• Report directly to the Branch Manager, Managing Director and Deputy Regional Director and serve as a point of contact for the London (head) office and the Saudi Arabian offices in Al Khobar, Riyadh and Jeddah.
• Coordination and management of all the administration aspects of the company, including: human resources, renewal of business licenses
• Organizing business trips for the company directors and executives i.e. airfare tickets and hotel bookings.
• Ensuring all itineraries and efficiently coordinated and that visas are applied for on a timely basis.
• Liaise with the marketing department locally and in London in respect of (marketing) events that have to be arranged for our clients in the Middle East.
• Organize site visits by our staff engineers and assist in minor site investigation
• Ensure timely issue of technical reports, issue draft cover notes and invoices to the local ceding insurance companies
• Act as support to the accounts department on various tasks given by the Finance Director

• Typing/email insurance claim reports and respond to clients’ emails, letters and faxes on their queries
• Sorting and filing all related documents
• Setting supplier data banks and check manual invoices
• Check and write cost price for the annual stock paper
