Bachelor of Science in Agriculture
Southern Luzon State University
I’m a BS in Agriculture graduate and a licensed agriculturist with over 3 years of experience in the field of agriculture, particularly in the animal industry. My university degree in Agriculture equipped me with excellent combination of knowledge and skills in animal production, animal nutrition, animal reproduction, breeding, genetics, crop science, soil science, crop protection, and much more.
In my past job as an Area Manager, I gained valuable experience in the animal industry and was able to hone my communication skills as I dealt with in-house veterinarians, veterinarian consultants, farm owners, in-house animal nutritionists, animal nutritionist consultants, feed mill directors, QA analysts, engineers, farmhands, businessmen, and many more. Throughout my career, I've guaranteed that customers' demands are met and that long-term commercial relationships are established.
In my current position as Slaughterhouse Master IV in the City Government of Lucena, I’ve gained experience of managing people and am able to develop my leadership skills more as well as my interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills. Fortunately, I’ve pulled off a great accomplishment in my first six months with the organization. I started the new operations of the new slaughterhouse and hired 37 new butchers to work under me. I manage the overall operations, administration, and sanitary works of the establishment and I am handling a total of 56 people including slaughterhouse master, meat inspectors, butchers, sanitarians, administrative staff, and watchmen. Kindly do have a glance at my attached CV to find out more.
Of all my achievements, I am still looking forward to developing and exploring new skills to improve my personal and professional standing.
