I am an individual who firmly trusts in self-belief and has a desire for both small and big achievements. I can genuinely say that, as a believer, I am always committed to everything I do in order to finish my tasks. And despite all the challenges, I really believe that I can make it, no matter how long it takes or how hard it is.
I've worked as a chat support agent in the BPO industry for more than three years, which trained me in customer service and gave me a strong personality. Following my resignation due to a non-friendly environment, I launched a small online business where I do live selling, oversee our shipments and inventory, and handle our social media. I am keen on details and goal-oriented, which can make a certain outcome in every business successful.
