I am currently working as an English teacher in Thailand for over 10 years now and plan to switch to a different path in the online world where I can showcase my previous experience in the call center industry handling different types of accounts from retention, customer service to admin and technical support. I have an above average command of the English language, with great interpersonal skills, keenness to details, and a good time management and planning skills.

• Handles English Conversation, Reading and Writing, Listening and Speaking subjects for Secondary Levels
• Develops and delivers lesson plans utilizing techniques and strategies addressing all aspects of the student’s communication – reading, writing, speaking and listening
• Designs language assessments to evaluate student’s progress in meeting academic learning targets and progress in language acquisition.
• Provides a supportive and positive learning environment with high expectations that encourage student responsibility, enhance motivation and incorporate challenging instructional strategies.
• Conducts special training for students on interschool school competitions
• Maintains records and compile statistical reports concerning student -related data such as Evaluation Form, Memorandum of Agreement, Waivers and Personal files.
• Meets with different school program heads to discuss certain On-the-Job Training agenda
• Plan, design and execute marketing strategies to present different educational tour packages to selected schools and universities
• Facilitates recruitment/selection of student applicants for international internship program
• Participates in job fairs for manpower pooling and presentation of different OJT packages
• Provides/facilitates TRAININGS to students regarding PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, LANGUAGE NEUTRALIZATION, etc
• Handles customer’s inquiries regarding phone operation, charges and misapplied payments
• Provide the customers with necessary information on different products and services and tailor suit their needs with the right plan.
• Process product return and exchange in accordance with specific terms and conditions
• Determines the priority of shipments, keeping the customer informed.
• Quickly resolve order issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Assist customers with basic phone troubleshooting
