I am Mariamie Pagpaguitan, 31 years old, married, and an experienced Social Media Manager with over 7 Years of experience. I have been managing my own online store since 2016 up to present with significant growth on sales, so I must say I am an experienced Social Media Manager. I am managing an Online Business via Facebook and Instagram by creating, curating, advertising, and managing content. My desire to help and apply my skills, and experiences to other Business Owners who wishes to start or continue their business is what driven me to start as a Virtual Assistant. Yes I am a newbie as a virtual assistant but I am an molded by my own experience for 7 years as a Social Media Manager.

I solely manage my Online Store by creating, curating, managing content, and interact with prospect buyers, and repeat clients across Facebook to enhance my company presence . I generally do the following: planning and scheduling posts; upload pictures of jewelry collection by only reselling if from suppliers; editing eye-catching photo or video content to attract new clients; composing descriptions for each content; Running Facebook ads and analyzing performance metrics; sharing content and brand awareness by sharing and posting it to facebook groups to get additional organic audience; engaging with audience with their inquiries and concerns; process their orders for shipment; and updating clients regarding the shipment status of their parcel.
Answering calls and inquiries of Telco clients regarding their bills and plans. Also process payments and troubleshoots.
Calling clients by selling hardware and licensed software products of the company. And calling clients for product renew. Also meet clients for product representation.
Creates virtual content like logos, website, and ads to convey messages effectively.
Creates and manages targeted advertising campaigns on the Facebook platform and its associated networks.
