I’m a very optimistic and an outgoing type of person who loves spending time with my family, friends, and my dog during my free time, and learning new things that I find interesting every day. I’ve been working in the IT / customer service industry for almost 7 years now as I both love technology and extending support to others. I’m a fast learner, resourceful, and I make sure that I educate myself on the things that I need to learn in order to serve the clients better. I can work within a team or independently, and can get the job done with minimal supervision. I am also a high-achiever, having received many good feedback not just from my own team & line manager, but also from the clients / stakeholders which contributed to my promotions from Associate, to Analyst, and now to a Specialist and Subject Matter Expert in the company even in the midst of remote work setup due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Responsible for the analysis, build, and allocation of SAP roles through ticket requests or incidents. As a Subject Matter Expert in the company, I was also involved in numerous SAP implementation projects and Compliance Audits that deals with access management of Nestle partners and clients globally. In constant coordination with the operations’ team leads to gather information and develop security work plans and go live cutover plans as per requirement. Currently engaged with prioritizing team strategies and backup setup, process reviews and documentations, business analysis and automation, and other people / process-related concerns. Acts as officer-in-charge or go-to person in the absence of team lead.
L1 support on technical issues encountered by stakeholders and assists them thru calls. Performs basic troubleshooting steps in accordance to the company’s best practices. Adheres to quality measures to ensure achieving customer satisfactory rating. Coordinates with L2 & L3 team if the assistance needed is not within L1 scope.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
