· Receives counterpart office/agent advice as to cargo readiness informed by shipper.

· Receives counterpart office/agent advice re: the outcome of their communication with shipper, confirming availability of the cargo for collection (if shipment is on EXW), as well

as the shipping schedule (for sea freight) both LCL and FCL, flight schedule (for air freight) including tentative arrival to Cebu.

· Inform consignee on the shipping details as well as shipping/flight schedule.

· Receives consignee/client to give go-signal to proceed with the shipping/flight details.

· Advise approval to agent / overseas partners to proceed movement of consignment as well the preferred / acceptable schedule of the customer (consignee).

· Once arrival notice received, send the same to customer (consignee) for their reference.

· Once billing invoice from Shipping Line / Co-loader received – REQUEST FOR PAYMENT is to prepare and forward to accounting for immediate settlement of payment.

· Official Receipt has to be forwarded to Shipping Line / co-loader for the issuance of D.O.

-Performing multi task job.

-Supervise and lead a highly professional customer service team for both Sea Freight and Airfreight.
-Facilitate and coordinate counterpart agent via email for both air and sea shipment.
-Accept booking and coordinate operational matter for the pick-up and delivery of the cargo shipment.
-Perform and assist the creation HBL , Import SeaManifest , Electronic manifest lodgment for customs submission for both sea and air import shipment and Manually create Airwaybill for Air Export Shipment.
-Oversee and resolved any problem issues of the shipments.
-Assist and perform to create billing invoices for all the shipments in the absence of the assigned CS.

-Submit the DG declaration to its assigned carrier which the shipment being Loaded via Email.

-Create Job File on its booking for both FCL and LCL shipment via PEGASU system.
-Follow up all the PERMIT declaration for the entire shipments base on the date departure.
-Send follow up email to BPO for the SI and the HBL copy being created thru PEGASU.
-Provide SI to shipping carrier and to consolidator forwarding to which shipment being loaded for FCL and LCL shipments.
-Checked the MBL and HBL details copy being provided by the shipping carrier and from the nominated forwarding.
-Provide email PRE-ALERT advice to different International counterpart base on shipments destination.
-Create Billing Invoices of all the shipments via PEGASU system.
-Communicate client concerning their demands and needs.
-Escalate other operational matters of all the shipments.
-Update and monitor the missing events of the shipments.
-Coordinate and facilitate all other operational matters.
-Response email to all business related Inquiries.
-Handles 250 to 400 files from A to Z work for every month
