-Administrative tasks handling medical records.

-Account management, data entry into the system. Ensuring that licensing requirements of all Sales Associate are complied with.
-Handled billing. Deposits cash remittances on time and attached deposit slips to daily collection report.
-Provides marketing assistance to Sales Associates through proper
implementation of company policies, procedures and guidelines.
-Utilize software and tools to streamline processes according to the company’s vision and mission
-Administrative tasks.
-Reviewing and approval/disapproval of expenses to be disbursed, replenishment from Branch operating funds in accordance with set policies, guidelines and procedures.
-Ensuring that local administrative requirements are complied with i.e. business permits and licenses, monthly rental, lease, renewal, utilities and office upkeep
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
