A Certified Recruitment and Selection Professional with 9 years of experience in human resource management, specializing also in employee relations and policy implementations. Demonstrated ability to provide HR service for all practice areas and support groups. Committed to fostering a positive and productive environment.

I studied Bachelor of Science in Nursing but my HR career started in the year 2016, as an HR & Admin. Officer in a stand alone dialysis center. On this journey, I learnt how vital and how to prioritize the needs, growth and satisfaction of our employees. This is also serves how to empower them through recognition and support that fosters motivated and productive workforce.

In the year 2020, I became an Associate HR Generalist in an international leading poultry genetics company. I have faced many challenges as an HR on this field, from managing disputes, dealing with emotional employee situations etc., these experiences taught me how to became resilient and managed my stress effectively. I learnt how to stay calm under pressure and to lead confidence during difficult times.

In the year 2023, I passed my certification as Certified Recruitment and Selection

Professional. As a certified professional, I bring strategic and people-centric approach to recruitment and selection, ensuring organization attract and retain the best talent to achieve long-term success.
