I am Maria Kristina P. Pineda. My family and my friends call me "Mayet." And I am currently 24 years old. I graduated from the University of the Assumption with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Technology. I’ve been in the accounting industry for four years, and it has been a continuous journey of growth and improvement. Being in this industry made me learn how to be patient, transparent, manage my time correctly, and work long hours. I am a very optimistic person and I always see challenges as an opportunity for me to grow and learn from them. I am also very friendly.

• Preparing payroll for staff and manpower for all projects by using MS Excel.
• Sorting the receipts of each project, then encoding and summing them up.
• Handles petty cash at the main office and distributes it per project.
• Doing vendor research and selection to increase profitability, lower operational costs, and increase efficiency
• Keeping good working connections with suppliers and monitoring their activity
• Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Monitoring stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse man to ensure proper storage
• Performing daily and monthly sales and purchases report
• calculating tax returns to be submitted to our external accountant

• Maintain and update account receivables, accounts payables and other accounting records and files
• Assisting customers and making suggestions according to their wants and needs
• Making quotations for customers
• Filing monthly and annual taxes to BIR
• Updating Ledger; columnar and journal.
• Prepare interim and annual financial statements for clients.
• Prepare annual inventory lists for clients.
• Monthly and annual preparation for Alpha list.
• Monthly preparation for VAT relief.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
Record company's financial transactions into organized accounts on a daily basis.
