The role of an Admin Officer is essential for the financial operations of Savii. As an Admin Officer you are responsible for the administrative tasks to support the success of processes and deliverables in Finance Operations. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, google suite and other office applications and equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Responsible for FinOps supporting and assisting the general virtual and office activities including projects which need administrative tasks.
● Handling effective office tasks & logistics, such as filing, setting up for virtual, office and outside meetings, and reordering supplies including transcribing minutes of meetings effectively.
● Management of equipment & tools needed by FinOps not limited to; Monitor, mouse, desktops, laptops etc.
● Printing & preparation of notices, collection letters, notice of default, Payment Request, Demand Letters and other letters for Recovery & FinOps.
● Printing & Filing of documents in Makati Metropolitan Trial Court for Small Claims.
● Sending letters via PhilPost.
● Safekeeping and depositing of PDCs received for FinOps.
● Provide customer service support within and can work with moderate supervision involving working with internal and external stakeholders where necessary.
● Preparing regular financial and administrative presentation and reports;
○ Weekly/monthly report working with AR Assistant Manager to produce needed report for FinOps.
○ Prepare Certificates and other items needed for Townhall, Monthly Meetings etc.
● Prepares and facilitates RnR, Townhalls and other events in FinOps.
● Preparing and scanning documents for document storage and for Dunning & Demand Process of FinOps.
● Time Management & Time Critical Prioritization Skills are needed for urgent items needed to accomplish in FinOps.
● Creates documentations and identifies reports or presentations needed by FinOps.
● Any other responsibilities that your immediate manager may assign
