Hi, you can call me “Hony” for short. I am just a simple wife and a mom with a son. I’ve been in the BPO industry for almost eight years now. When the pandemic started, most companies allowed their employees to work from home so I realized that working from home gave me more comfort and more agility, and flexibility in working arrangements; I could save money for transportation, enjoy, and spend more time with my family. I believe that this training will help me gain more knowledge and skills and might give me chances to see some glimpses into my career path.
