Informatics Computer Institute
Performs day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording
accounts receivables’ data.
Reconciles the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly
posted.
Petty cash management - Compute, classification and summary of petty cash expenses, reimbursements
etc. for office to make sure payment amounts, records and supporting documents are correct.
Creates and sends invoices.
Prepares payment vouchers, receipts, deposit slips, and related documents which record cash
transactions.
Accepts cash, checks, or credit cards for payment and completes check and credit card transactions
according to established guidelines.
Balances cash drawer and receipts at the end of the shift and documents any discrepancies.
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Directs visitors to the appropriate person.
Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls
Answers customer questions about transactions, goods, services, or fees within area of personal
knowledge.
Makes sure that the material pictures are updated in the company app, including taking photos of the
materials and basic editing.
Preparation, validation, and submission of monthly and quarterly VAT returns for the UAE entities.
Handle VAT reporting (payables and receivables). Ensure collections and payments are done in line with
UAE regulations.
Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities.
Maintain monthly closing checklist under the supervision of the line manager.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.
Providing support to the company through both administrative and clerical duties.
Provide clients with information about the products.
Educate clients about how the products and services can improve their financial situations.
Assist clients in any issues or requests accordingly.
Submit daily sales report.
Generate sales leads on Sales Force through company visits / telemarketing.
Engaging with premium customers to build relationships and delivering a positive customer experience
while acquiring new customers.
Managing and meeting monthly targets.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
