Hotel Restaurant Management
The Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) program focuses on the fundamentals of hospitality, food and beverage service, and lodging operations. It provides students with knowledge in customer service, front office and housekeeping operations, culinary management, and event planning. The program also emphasizes leadership, communication, and business management skills, preparing graduates for careers in hotels, restaurants, resorts, and other sectors of the hospitality and tourism industry.
College of Fisheries
The College of Fisheries provides academic training and practical experience in aquaculture, capture fisheries, fish processing, and fisheries resource management. It equips students with knowledge in marine biology, environmental sustainability, and fisheries policy, preparing graduates for careers in government, research, education, and the aquaculture industry.
House Keeping - TESDA
Gained skills in room preparation, public area maintenance, linen and laundry management, and inventory control. Trained in hygiene standards, time management, and providing quality service to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
