I have worked in Customer service Industry for a good few years, and it all started when I worked as a Food Server for Mang Inasal.
From this I really wondered what it’ll be like to work in the BPO industry, any free time I get I watch foreign films/tv shows, read books and watched YouTube videos just so I can have a little knowledge of how it’s like to work in the industry.
Luckily I managed to get a role and gain the knowledge that I have today and as much I possible I still continue to get any available trainings/courses that I can get my hands own to be able to expand my knowledge
