With my more than 10 years of experience working in a BPO industry, I gained a wide range of knowledge and skills which includes but not limited to Customer Service Skills, Admin Task, Typing and Basic Computer Skills like Excel and MS Word, Data Entry, Bookkeeping and many more.
I have voluntarily attended Training in Virtual Assistant Courses like Foundation of Accountant, Bookkeeping and Drop shipping to name the few just to diversify my skills and expertise to what ever job I am applying for.
I believe that my determination to learn more and take advantage of any training you have to offer is my advantage in being successful in my chosen niche.
Lastly, I am independent, industrious, dedicated and driven. I can work in a Team, but also can work independently using my own initiative. I believe I have very much attention to details. I really spend time and effort to finish my work accurately. I am a person who loves systematically doing things and I love being well-organized.

Supporting Customers via Phone, Chats or Emails with their queries about their account
and help them resolve what ever issues or problems they may have in a timely manner.
Sales and Billing Chats. Supporting Customers with the issues or concerns they have with
their Account, Subscriptions and answer their queries about their bills and if they have dispute. (TELCO)
Supporting Customers via Email with their concern or issue they may have with their
account and serve as a middle man between the Riders and Drivers.(Car App Account)
We are supporting Customers via email with regards to their online orders, accounts, bills, invoices and receipt, as well as credits and refunds if any.
As an executive operator, we carry out an administrative function. We got to handle the Customers' bills and accounts of one of the biggest Electricity Company in Australia. It's a pure Backoffice. We are handling Customer's bill and also doing connecting and disconnecting of their Electricity lines. We also ensure that disputes are dealt with expeditiously.
Collecting financial information or transaction, analyze them and create a record of those information collected.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
