I'm Divina, a very driven and precise virtual assistant who is enthusiastic about assisting companies in maintaining organization and streamlining their processes. I have a solid background as a Graphics Specialist and a great deal of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to create polished, eye-catching presentations. My attention to detail, accuracy, and aesthetics—qualities that still characterize my work—were honed in this role.
Along with my creative experience, I have worked in customer service for a healthcare account, where I honed my problem-solving, communication, and active listening abilities. I learned from this experience how to assist clients under pressure while remaining professional, patient, and empathetic.
Even though I'm new to the virtual assistant field, I've taken the initiative to educate myself on a variety of tools, systems, and workflows so that I can confidently handle administrative duties, research, calendar management, and more. customer specifications.
- Gathers detailed information about various companies as requested by the customer.

- Calculates a basic formula using the client's supplied file.

- Escalates complex customer interactions to the appropriate party as designated and identified for each issue,
especially when these issues, concerns, complaints and queries are beyond one's jurisdiction and scope of knowledge.
- Takes the initiative to be updated with the latest account information from the client by reading email updates sent and attending
recurrent training sessions.
- Attends periodic team meetings, as well as training sessions to develop skills and competencies.
- Performs other tasks and duties that may arise from time to time, and as may be assigned to you.
