Hi! I am Divina. I had experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines from my past employment before I spent a year working as a graphics specialist. Initially quiet, I soon developed a talkative personality after getting to know her. Particularly when it comes to business, I adore hearing everyone else's perspectives. I am open to learning new talents, and I already have a lot to give. I'm looking for a place where I can grow in knowledge and experience while working there for a very long time.

- Creates business presentations utilizing Microsoft Office applications in accordance with
customer specifications.
- Gathers detailed information about various companies as requested by the customer.
- Text format conversion of photos and
voice recordings.
- Research several logos depending on the information the client provided.
- Carrying out quality control before providing the customer with all of the files.
- Provides options and information when a part of the client's request is unclear
- Calculates a basic formula using the client's supplied file.
- Communicates with the team leader if there are any unclear things on the given task.
- Provides expedient and accurate customer service to all client customers.
- Escalates complex customer interactions to the appropriate party as designated and identified for each issue,
especially when these issues, concerns, complaints and queries are beyond one's jurisdiction and scope of knowledge.
- Takes the initiative to be updated with the latest account information from the client by reading email updates sent and attending
recurrent training sessions.
- Attends periodic team meetings, as well as training sessions to develop skills and competencies.
- Performs other tasks and duties that may arise from time to time, and as may be assigned to you.
Organize, responds to, and filter emails.
Inputs data into databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
Conducts research on various topics and compiles information.
Handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service thru various communication channels.
Schedules appointments, meetings, and reminders to ensure clients stay on top of their schedules and deadlines.
Creates and edit documents, reports, and presentations to ensure they are professional and error-free.
