Respond to email enquiries & updating data in Trello as enquiries move along the enrolment sequence.
The main task would include:
Regular Email Communication with active and non-responsive customers.
Regular Photo Communication (if possible) with active and no responsive enquiries.
Regular Follow Up Communication with active customers.
Managing my client’s Facebook profile and private group. Accepting friend requests, accepting people who want to join the private group and sending them welcome messages. Responding to comments and tagging them if they want a replay to some training. Converse with them in Messenger and schedule an appointment with my client. Updating CRM.
Cold Calling- Calling/emailing/text messaging leads who want to purchase a used vehicle. Familiarize them with what we offer and schedule them an appointment with our Sales Representative at our car lot. Updating CRM.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
