Being able to provide quality work and service is my main objective every time I’m given a task. I am a cheerful, resourceful, and observant person, and I apply lucrative observations and knowledge to improve my work.
In my previous role as a customer service representative, I was able to demonstrate my skills in providing quality service to customers from all backgrounds, catering to their needs, helping them solve problems that they encounter, as well as handling their complaints with professionalism. I was given the award “The Best Trainee of the Generation”.
As an ESL teacher, I was also able to demonstrate my ability to work well with students and to adjust to them accordingly and patiently, making sure that they enjoy taking my lessons while learning. For six years I was able to maintain a rating of 4.9 out of 5, with 3, 857 student reviews.
Seeing the people I work with happy with the kind of service I provide them is a very rewarding thing for me, and it motivates me to keep being better at what I do.
