In charge of providing assistance and as a medium for premium account holders (business grossing around $10M insales per month or more) of the e-commerce platform to dedicated teams to ensure the growth of their business and instilling client satisfaction. Was also trained to provide basic assistance to partner developers using our tools to create helpful applications and extensions for our merchants.
Frontliner in providing customer assistance from information, troubleshooting, up to escalation of concerns. For a brief time, was assigned to verify the documents sent in by users of the service as proof of legitimacy to remove the hold placed on their accounts for suspicious activities.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
