• Assigning schedule per vehicle for delivery and assemble using Fleet Management System (FMS).
• Preparing documents needed for delivery such as Daily Driver’s Report (DDR) using JDA Warehouse
Management System and field itinerary for technical specialist.
• Monitoring delivery status thru Tarkie App to make sure the items were delivered on time.
• Answering phone calls regarding concern and inquiries from stores, delivery crew, technical specialists,
and customers.
• Preparing documents such as Return To Stock form (RTS) for the returned items from deliveries and
coordinating it to respective branch/store.
• Making a report thru email regarding damaged and defective items to Inventory Control Analyst (ICA) and
Customer Care for the disposition and documentation.
• On-Site Coordinator- Do daily manning update and huddle meeting to make sure that my team were
always aligned. Ensuring they carry out their responsibility in an acceptable manner. And signing different
form such as Overtime and Reimbursement
• Welcomed the customers. Greet them with a smile and helped them to determine their orders (do
suggestive selling).
• Processed and ensure customer orders were complete and delivered in a timely manner.
• Tallied money in the cash drawer at the beginning, during and end of shift.
