*Provide advice to clients and recommend insurance products.

*Review & Consolidate the Cost Loading / Cash flow of the projects
*Review & Consolidate the Procurement Schedule of each projects and making sure the project deliverables will be meet within the given schedule
*Review & approve the Contractor’s billing valuation and Consultant’s billings;
*Review Contractor’s or Consultancy Agreement for every trade prepared by AQS or Cost Engineers
*Assigned on Contractors selection and/or shortlisting contractors by way of bidding &, Evaluate & recommend shortlist bidders for awarding and formulate type of contract work package.
*Conducts Pre-bidding Conference to shortlisted Contractors.
*Review & finalize the tender report or evaluation of bids prepared by Asst. QS or Cost Engineers
*Review Notice to Proceed / Notice of Award to winning Contractors as prepared by AQS or Cost Engineers
*Consolidate the monitoring from each projects on their Change Order Monitoring and Billing Monitoring
*Attend technical coordination meetings as presided by the Construction Manager to keep abreast of design development issues and provide cost escalation alerts.
*Monitor the Operating budget to make sure the project will be finished within the budget or will gain cost savings
*Manage & supervise Assistant QS & Cost Engineers with their assigned projects
*Attend the weekly coordination meeting as presided by the Project Manager
*Mentoring the team & challenge them to be the best version of themselves
*Prepare budgetary cost of the projects
*Liaise suppliers and subcontractors for quotation for tender and on-going projects for different work packages.
*Evaluates & reviews subcontractor claims, change orders and additional works.
*Evaluate proposals of the Contractors for specific work packages
*Assist in preparing Notice to Proceed / Notice of Award to winning Contractors.
*Assist in general contract administration duties
*Assist the Project QS in his / her duties and responsibilities
*Assist in preparing requirements or submittals for the securing of government permits for the projects.
*Prepares & obtains quantity take-off for Architectural Works & Structural works base on the elemental
parameters & Design or Schematic Plans.
*Prepares BOQ and cost analysis per work items therein approval of the Unit Head;
*Maintains, monitors & updates Cost Data bank thru:
- Prepares project data on awarded project & uploaded it in the data bank
- Evaluates cost submitted by quotation for the project and added in the data bank.
*Prepares Detailed measurement take off;
*Identifies queries, qualifications made during the course of quantity take-off;
*Prepares Project Contracts, Tender/ Bid Documents for the different work packages for bidding.
*Reviews completeness of the attachment being request for approval of Request for Bid Resolution (RBR) which
includes Subcontractor/s Proposal for the specific scope of works;
*Prepares Abstract of Bid analysis for approval of the Unit Head & endorsement to Bidding Committee;
*Evaluates and reconciliation of variation (Change Orders) from Subcontractors
*Validate and evaluate Work Authorization Order (WAO) from Proponent and prepare Bill of Quantities to be
submitted to proponent for reconciliation as variation order from proponent.
*Assists in the preparation & review contract documents between the company (MDC) and client;
* Prepares and evaluates request for approval of Operating Budget to Operation Bill of quantities that sum up
the amount requested for the Operating Budget & Reconciled quantities.
* Coordinates with Construction Operations Group (COG) of respective projects, if there are clarifications on the
Operating Budget (OPB) submissions;
* Prepares and evaluates bill of quantities, unit prices/ rates for the different work packages of the project base
on provided drawing & Technical Specifications.
* Prepares and evaluates billing of the subcontractor’s accomplishments
* Evaluates subcontractor bids for awarding of the different work packages of the projects.
* Monitors procurement status of the projects especially for long lead items (machineries & equipment’s) to
avoid projects delays.
* Monitors Project’s Master Schedule of the different project to make sure all project are within targets and on-
schedule.
* Prepares Project Managerial Reports (PMR) to be submitted at the end of the month that includes reports on
safety, quality, project manpower & equipment productivity, projects cash flow, claims on Change orders &
Awarded contract packages.
