My name is Margarette Lorin, and I am 22 years old. I am a proactive and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant with two years of experience supporting entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals through remote administrative and sales support. My strengths include appointment setting, warm calling, lead generation, and social media content creation.

My journey started in March 2021 when I began working with a virtual assistant agency called Project Talk. For one year, I provided support in organizing schedules, assisting with client communication, creating visual content, and helping clients manage their online presence.

To deepen my expertise and broaden my skills, I enrolled in a paid training program with ProVA from March 2022 to September 2023. During this training, I focused on marketing strategies, productivity tools, client communication, and virtual assistant best practices. This experience gave me the confidence and practical knowledge to take on more advanced tasks and support clients with a higher level of professionalism.

In August 2023, I began working directly with clients, offering tailored virtual assistance based on their unique needs. From August to December 2024, I supported business owners across various industries with services such as appointment coordination, lead outreach, content creation, and promotional support.
