Hello, I'm Marclooney. I'm an aircraft mechanic student I'm in my 4th year. But since the pandemic happened, I've decided to do a little shift in my career. Apply for a job at a call center. Which I much enjoyed; to be specific I was assigned a retail account (H&M) and I've helped customers with their orders since we operated online through apps, I was able to expand my knowledge and gain some new skill sets that can help to improve on how I handle my client and customer such as active listening, attention to detail, conflict resolution, effective communication, and empathy. Right now, I wanted to explore my opportunity and this experience I believe can help start my journey through freelancing.
