Hello there! Good Day! My name is Marchiellie C. Young, call me March for short. I am married and with only one child . I graduated Bachelor of Arts Major in Sociology. I have been working for 12 years in one company only which starts in a rank and file and has been promoted eversince.
I naturally take the lead. Because I want to assist others, I have eventually been elevated to a leadership position in practically every employment. Even when I am not in a leadership position, I find that coworkers frequently come to me with questions or worries because they know that if I don't have the answer, I will at least be able to point them in the right direction. After a little more than a year with the organization, I was elevated to leadership positions in my last two assignments.
My goal is to use the knowledge and abilities I've picked up via previous experiences, leading to productivity and personal development so that I can contribute to the success of the business.
