Provide excellent support across five separate Shopify stores by addressing customer inquiries, processing returns, exchanges, and refunds, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Use Zendesk to manage and respond to customer support tickets. Ensure all issues are tracked, escalated when needed, and resolved to customer satisfaction.
Communicate with customers through Outlook to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and friendly tone.
Generate and send accurate, competitive, and timely freight quotes to potential customers based on their shipping requirements, including weight, dimensions, origin, destination, and service types.
Work with internal teams to ensure that all quotes are in line with current pricing strategies and offer the best possible rates for customers while maintaining profitability for Flock Freight.
Accurately enter and maintain customer data, shipping details, and pricing information in the internal system to ensure up-to-date and error-free records.
Maintain proper documentation of all quotes sent, including follow-up records and relevant customer information for future reference.
Provide technical assistance for HP printers, including installation, setup, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, such as paper jams, ink/toner problems, driver conflicts, and network connectivity.
Guide customers through firmware updates, driver installations, and configuration settings.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in the support system/ticketing tool.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams if necessary.
Educate customers on best practices for printer maintenance and troubleshooting
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
