Graphic Artist- Duties/Responsibilities:
Designs may be used in various visual media including magazines, billboards, advertising, restaurant menus, and product packaging. Creates various layouts, iconography, package designs, website designs, logos, and illustrations according to client specifications.
Social Media Manager-responsible for overseeing a company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
VA- offering administrative services to clients from a remote location, usually a home office. Typical tasks a virtual assistant might perform include scheduling appointments, making phone calls, making travel arrangements, and managing email accounts.

1. Attains the monthly sales target including but not limited to the following:
a. Vehicle Sales Target
b. Insurance Closing Ratio
c. Financing Closing Ratio
d. Sales Prospects or Leads Generated
2. Participates in various sales activities to acquire new prospects of leads.
3. Conducts regular call to existing clients and other potential buyer for follow-up and update.
4. Updates and monitors the status of existing leads in the prospects monitoring system.
5. Attends to walk-in clients.
6. Prepares and explains sales proposals to the clients.
7. Demonstrates the features of the units, their functions & benefits.
8. Coordinates with the pre-delivery inspection section to check the purchased unit before releasing it to the client.
9. Updates walk-in log sheet daily.
The service advisor's responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, verifying insurance, conducting inspections, and test driving cars.
