I am a dedicated, hardworking and proactive individual with a strong background in customer care, analysis and operations improvement.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and my related work experiences here in the Philippines. I have been working as a Quality Assurance Engineer mainly assigned in customer care for approximately four years, in which I have dealt with customers’ inquiries and complaints. Awarded as the “Most Innovative” employee of the year for creating and implementing QA improvements,
procedures, and work instructions. Recently I have had more opportunities to supervise a team. I also earned knowledge for administrative tasks through General Virtual Assistance training at ProVa a virtual assistant coaching platform here in the Philippines. I also performed clerical duties and tasks along with being an Engineer for two years. I have constantly worked upon acquiring a good grip on my professional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. All the skills mentioned have allowed me to become a professional and make me an ideal match for your organization.
