• Overseeing the overall work in the reception.
• In-charge with the customer’s needs and concerns.
• Overseeing the class and Personal Training bookings.
• Answers membership inquiries and questions about trainings via phone and emails.
• Responsible for answering complaints and handling feedbacks from the clients.
• Responsible for the month end reports and sales monitoring.
• In charge of keeping important documents and certificates.
• In charge in coordinating with suppliers and partners.
• Responsible in processing the transfer of Customer’s number from one carrier to another.
• Assisting a Customer that would like to have a brand-new wireless number.
• Handles manual activation of Customer’s number.
• Transfer misrouted call to the proper department.
• Responsible for proper preparations of contracts, letters, memos, invitations, and announcements to the concessionaires.
• Receives and log important documents such as:
a. Memorandum from inter-office
b. Letter from other branch’s concessionaires
c. Letter/notes from inter-office
d. Renewal Contract of concessionaires
e. Clearance
• Distributes and log out memorandum, letters, promotional activity, approved deployment of concessionaires authorized person, and approved company uniform.
• Entertains concessionaires telephone call/question regarding policies on changing of company uniform and deployment of concessionaires authorized person.
• Follow-up faxed letters, memos and notices.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
