Facilitating the Therapeutic Community Modality: Anger Management, Coping Skills, Stress Management, Family Program, Case Management Plan, Psychotherapy.
-End to end process of recruitment
-Time Keeping/ Payroll and answering payroll questions;
-Assist in orientation programs related to compensation and benefits program and activities for employee information in support of HR strategies;
- Participating in benefit tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment;
- Assist in all admin and clerical duties related to Compensation and Benefits such as compensation, job evaluations, and performance management;
- Maintaining current HR files;
- Works with HR Team & Partner Agency to maintain and improve employee relations; and
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Assists in disseminating notices and announcement such as new hire announcement, Birthday Celebrants, Memorandum and other corporate activities.
- Plans (with HR Manager Manager), organize, and execute corporate activities and J&T engagements (e.g. teambuilding, sports events, corporate events, monthly office engagement activities, corporate social responsibility, etc.) from concept to finish based on the company culture. This is with the assistance of the HR team.
- Collaborates with department heads on programs that will maximize employee talent development.
- Liaises with different suppliers for all event and activities need (in coordination with procurement).
- Branches & Warehouses visitation all across PH Global Jet Express Inc. Region XI and Region XII areas.
- Supervise Employee Engagement Activity, Talent Development, and Admin works
- Helps and support the HR Manager and Asst. Regional Manager for other related tasks.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
