Part-timer bookkeeper assisting with financial tasks using QuickBooks. Main responsibilities include recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
Review and moderate user-generated content posted on our platform
Ensure that user-generated content meets our community standards and guidelines
Take action on any content that violates our policies, including removing or flagging it for further review
Identify and escalate emerging issues or trends related to user-generated content
Communicate with users to address concerns or issues related to their content
Work collaboratively with other team members to improve content moderation policies and procedures
Assist Microsoft clients via chat by providing troubleshooting steps.
Resolve customer's issues in a single interaction, whenever possible, using client's troubleshooting protocols outlined in Apple's Procedures.
Providing a high caliber of customer interaction as measured by clients' call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Capturing and submitting feedback using Apple-specified contacts (Tier 2); system classifications (Root and sub-root classifications) and issue-tracking tools.
Inform and offer a support agreement when appropriate.
Assist customers with enrolment and/or purchase of contractual support agreements.
Facilitating service dispatch, replacement, appeasements, and/or upgrades as documented in the client's procedures.
Escalating interactions beyond the scope of the training provided to the Advisor.
Escalating calls to the appropriate Apple department as outlined in the client's procedures.
Offering support-related products and technical solutions.
Performs data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues/problems. Assesses and resolves non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of work.
