As the Marketing Coordinator / Team Leader for one of our US based real estate client, I oversee branding and marketing SOPs, curate content across social channels, and manage monthly content calendars for increased follower growth. I ensure marketing aligns with business goals, coach junior staff, and drive improvements in processes and strategies.
I worked as a Content Writer and Back Office Sales support for a US-based real estate account. I was responsible for developing and delivering persuasive property descriptions aimed at generating leads and driving sales on the client company's website. I ensured all content was free of grammatical or factual errors and maintained consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone. Additionally, I handled back-end administrative tasks for transactions, including database management, updating listings, and providing support to the team. As a Junior Marketing Assistant for one of the leading real estate developers in the Philippines, I produced marketing materials for online and print, such as property flyers and social media postings, to reach monthly sales quotas.
