I am a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a license holder of the same profession. I previously worked s a Customer Service Associate for 8 years who is tasked to provide exceptional customer service experience, and contributed excellent numbers of sales return or revenue with the previous company I worked for a year as a virtual assistant from one of the stores in Amazon and my task includes encoding of data, email handling, appointment scheduler, and calls to customers and vendors, lastly, I worked 2yrs and 3months of being a cold caller for Pharmaceutical company and 2years as VA Real Estate Trainer, Quality Control Specialist and an Admin Assistant in a Real Estate company in the US.
I am a highly motivated person who is not just equipped with different skillset but I always take pride on what I do and also ensure a good attitude at work no matter what.
